ZORA Review
ZORA is a nice community tucked away from main roads and the University area while still being close to everything you need. ... You have nice green space between the homes, a nice pool, and gym area. Our favorite part is having a small yard of our own and a doggy door already installed. The keyless entry and ability to control everything through the phone is great as well. That being said it’s not perfect. Maintenance since we’ve been here is non-existent... literally. In our case from the day we moved in we’ve mentioned replacing our backyard gate latch. It’s not just our gate latch but many others we’ve seen around the community. Today we still have a missing latch. For parking we love that it’s gated but the gates have never been activated since we moved in. The real issue is that parking is extremely tight. That’s not something easy to fix but if this is the case make the parking spots assigned to residents (two per unit). This was something we were told was probably going to happen and would love to see put into action. Lastly get a new grounds crew. Whoever the contractors are don’t care and are just going through the motions to finish. It might be cut but it doesn’t look nice whatsoever. Uneven, no straight lines, patches, no edging, grass everywhere, just completely half***ed. Maintenance, parking, and groundskeepers. Besides that it’s a nice and quite community.
